New Visa Requirement To China

With effect from 1 July 2008 until after the end of Olympic there will be a new visa requirement even if you go to PRC less than 15 days.

To apply for visa you will need:

(1) a return air ticket
(2) a hotel reservation confirmationfor the period

Any one have any way to overcome condition 2 as it is troublesome to book a hotel in advance if you are travelling to a few cities

According to information available at Requirements for Visa Application(updated) :

Tourist Visa (L-Visa)

1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form.

2. One recently taken passport photo. Please affix the photo to the application form.

3. Singapore PR.EP.WP. (original and photocopy) or Embarkation card.

4. Round trip air tickets , hotel booking .

5. Applicants going to China for visiting family members should also submit the certificate of family relationship, the hotel booking is not required.

6. Applicants holding a new passport is required to submit the old one.

7. Single or double entry only, valid for one month, the duration of each stay is 30days.

do the hotel booking need to cover the whole trip ??
what happen if u r travelling within china during the period and staying in different cities and hotels ??

new as it never have any stamps before ?? or new as in less than 1 or 2 mths ??

unless u r related to them ... else 无得讲....
married them all lar ... then u r related ...

Most important is to get the visa. Once you get the 15/30days visa, who the hell upon reaching the China immigration knows about it. Unless the visa states which flight and hotel u using.

problem is at the china embassy who issue the visa ...
becoz if no hotel booking is submitted, they might delay or throw out the application ...

I dont know the address , just walk walk then reliase this street know one girl stay here then walk another place reliase i know another girl stay here then go and find her lor ,

that's was what i think too ...
but then u only stay the first hotel for 2 days ....
and ur return tciket is 10 days later ...
they start asking questions abt where u'll be for the next 8 days ...
