Hi Bros,
I lived and worked in Japan for 5 years and I can say that Japanese meat will not be sold to any foreigner... no matter whether he is white black or yellow... However, if you have an ungodly amount of money to spend and a lot of patience, you can try any hostess club in Tokyo's Roppongi or Ginza district where you can have the company of a model calibre beauty sitting with you for a few hours. However, be prepared to pay a few k USD just for that and it is not like in parts of Asia where you can grope or fondle... All such activities are to be done outside of the premises. These hostess also earn way more than many of us can even hope for with a more ang pai being able to bring in more than 10kUSD a month. However, if you have the staying power and sweet tongue, you may get someone to be interested in you and of course you can bring her out when she is not working. If you pow her... you may get all you desire. But like I said.... if you had the power... I tried for a while but decided to keep my money and come back to Asia to enjoy better. As for the usual haunts like Shinjuku and so on... even if the OKT says "Japanese" it is usually foreign meat.... And for soaps... If you speak and read Japanese and can pass off as one... you may be able to sneak in.. however as some of the other bros have said... if they find out you are not local... they may get pretty angry....or ugly..... Just for your info guys....
