Well bro, he is responsive to me at least? All I can share is my own experience I had with him yesterday. Not exactly a new user but it was my first time booking with him yesterday and the process was smooth.

OKT is typically very responsive. However he only accepts customers that he has vetted thru other OKTs or thru his own procedures.
