Yea I managed to get hold of her through email and she replied! She is retired and she isn’t coming back. It’s a mixture of sadness and happiness because I’ll never find a service as good as her. Visited Ai Ni after a long time. She has a new hair coloring done. It looks nice on her. We had a wonderful time together, not too hard core but just relaxed nice time. We had a lot of fun with her improper use of English and joked. Enjoyed the hour, more like friends meeting after a long time kind feeling.

Haha - I got stuck in lift last time I visit her too. Always such a great experience. She is a real gem. Her english is actually quite improved from a few months ago.
