Hello bros,

Just wanted to share my true story about CIED and how I overcame it recently.. with rather pleasing results.

I am male, 31, Chinese. It has been awhile since me and my gf had sex, because I always felt that sex wasn't enjoyable (I not pro at sexing) and was a waste of time - I preferred giving and receiving oral most of the time. But there's also this other niggling problem I knew was brewing...

1. I read up about my problem online
It was so liberating to find out that I wasn't alone! I wasn't developing ED and I was just getting too used to masturbating and cumming without a condom on. Condom induced erectile dysfunction is a real thing that impacts men.

2. I stopped masturbating to pornography with lubricants
There's an adage "you practice like you play" - I stopped my masturbation loop and dedicated myself to only cumming with my gf.

3. I started exercising to improve cardio and lift weights
Self esteem mentally and a fitter, roaring libido returns when you are congruent. Go for higher speeds, go for heavier lifts - Exertion pays off when you have better and better orgasms.

4. Committing to juagen treatment
Find a real JG lady who knows what they are doing - even during treatment you will be able to judge for yourself how you are improving over time. The last session I stayed so hard throughout it was one of the best JG sessions I have ever had.. But do you have a long term partner? How does she feel about only oral?

If you don't have a long term partner, why are you in a hurry to perform better?

I can relate to this problem. I have raw sex frequently with girlfriends past and present. My mind eventually became conditioned to raw sex, hence whenever I have to use condoms, they killed my erection. Fortunately this problem affected me for short periods because I am often allowed raw.

When I have to use condoms during her fertile period or for another unfamiliar woman, I had difficulty maintaining my erection. Soon after I get a condom, tear the wrapper, find the correct side to wear it, I soften within those several seconds and cannot easily unroll it down my penis, much less penetrate her. Sometimes if I manage to wear it fast enough and get inside her pussy while still erect, I soften after a while due to the lack of feeling because of the condom. I tried several brands of ultra-thin latex condoms to reduce the severity of the problem and eventually discovered a brand which I like. Ironically it breaks easily with hard thrusting and I sometimes finish with a surprise creampie for her.

Used to be a super stud and could go for 6 times in 5 hours with a cap (within the last 12 months).
Work stresses, lack of sleep all contribute to reduced performance.
Been going RAW with my girlfriend, and maintaining an erection with her is never an issue.
It's the stimulus and the oral skills of the provider that count for a lot too.

I passed by my teenage years never being sexual active. Assuming that was my peak, I'll never know how many shots I was capable of.

Nowadays, I manage one shot maybe every 6 hours?

Never had the chance to try with different girls though, maybe the excitement of upping different chicks will boost performance numbers a bit
