If you are talking about having Japanese, I have an answer for long term ones.

For short term, you need work very hard on the numbers. Just try to say hi and at least know some basic Japanese. Their population here is not at lot like FDH. Most of them are here as expat wives or pdmm where their husbands sent the kids here for international school.

Those singles usually look for long term. But of course not all of them are. Maybe eventually they become homesick and decide to go back, so be prepared that they can disappear anytime.
