So if i got some depression over work and money , can i rob the bank and i wont be send to jail?

I agree with you bro.. If he has a medical condition, he shouldn't even be allowed in the public in the first place, his family members should be watching over him closely.

I believe both had fault, but yes it does not give him the right to push that old lady.
