Being able to converse confidently and fluently in 普通话 opens the door to many avenues with most MLs, IMO. Having shared interests/hobbies also helps.

4 of them replied.

Summer did not.

And I only contacted her once previously, to no avail.

Keep on trying, but don't spam or call her.

Text her at times when she can look at her phone, because she doesn't use or look at it at all during the session.

Refer to the recent MR whereby that lucky chap managed to secure an appointment with her, much to his disbelief.
