Actually when I raise issues, I always hope the Roberts report back to the MLs. So that she realises that her type of non-existent services are not well received here!

IMO, some of the MLs also have a gang or so called "forum" or platform to communicate.

Just like our forum, but we are discussing mostly on the girls individual. But they are discussing how to handle we the customer. Because their are limited source but the customers is a lot more than that, so i dun think they can discuss on specific customer, mostly will discuss the technique how to (service?/short cut/kc/make easier money).

Actually its not all roberts/white knights etc, reporting whats going on here. Sometimes the MLs use a translation app, although most of the time it’s translated weirdly. And their own circle may have friends who can translate.

End of the day, the takeaway is try not to let the ML know your nick here
