yup.. only 1piece of $1000 is able to get the 26.xx rate... for $50 - $100 you'll get the 25.xx rate....

True as so bro mentioned, end year will drop a bit because demand strong as Thailand is a tourist destination and european escaping the winter will come to thailand thus the drop. Not much but let's say you change 2-3k SGD will suffer a $20-40 difference.
