my wife actually has high needs, and I don't think I'm being f up but describing her as "highly used" given my history with her. Actually, it's a combo of factors. One of them is the ENTITLED SENSE OF SELF I been on this forum for a long time. Read many stories here, plenty haven't had sex with wives for months or even years!
2nd, is the high cost of living. I wonder if RICH MEN here (like net worth 10 million sgd) faced the same problems with their own wives.

I only know 2 person net worth about 10m SGD. Their problem is worse. Wife and him, go out and play differently. hahaha.

When with gfs, I had the on and off habit of working out.
I discovered that when some muscles were obvious, my then gfs were more horny, and they admitted as much.
Caught them several times looking at my 6 pack or chest muscles.
Other muscles don't seem to interest them as much.

Suggest TS do some workout to build on those muscles.
So even if wife not impressed when those muscles are there, she is sure going to worry wtf you are working out.

We also have to make ourselves desirable to them.

no offence but I've seen fit and handsome men, also suffering in their marriages.

it's not just the body, or the looks, it's also the emotional support and mental connection, for a select group of women.

in fact, two friends, married, both toned and good looking, work out a lot, just got divorced. They weren't cheaters either.
