I've always been the guy who envy & admire other dudes who pick up chicks from clubs/bars to dabao home. I never had the flamboyance and balls to go up to girls, and even if I do, my mind goes blank.

The reason I mentioned the above is because, by some stroke of luck, I actually had 3 casual relationships with girls. 2 of which were former schoolmates whom I reconnected with. 1 was actually blatant in her advances to me.

Up till today I am in awe of how things happened. They just came and go, pun unintended, and the relationship just fizzled off. So yes there are mechanics to get you FB but at the same time, luck plays a part too.

Well, from my past experiences FBs are not only looking for sex (mostly), I did have a Jap girl I met that would just ask if she can come by or I'd text her to come over.

The others were very diverse, but mostly I think they enjoyed the company besides just the sex, going out for some food, chat about life and the like, then we will have some steamy sex in a hotel/home, all were treated with respect.

Everyone has a different experience, I met guys that would just message their girl, have sex and send her home.

PS. Not rich, ok looking, no car, great sense of humor and conversation skills (I'd like to think so)

There are many reasons why people prefer to find FB. A relationship between equals with no interest in each other's money. If the lady is just looking for a distraction or to spice up her life or to meet a sexual need, FB is less time consuming and easier to handle. There is lesser commitment to future meetings if she is really busy. It is easier to say not free as a FB than as a SB. FBs do get pampered as well. It is a psychological block to receive cash for some ladies. Receiving gifts (even though bought with cash) can probably feel more acceptable.

I think FB relationship can be quite hard to maintain though. There is an emotional invisible line to guard. Crossing that line means it will be a full blown relationship. No matter how good the connection is, there is this safeguard that is always at the back of your mind. No matter how good still not totally mine.

Just that guys should be mindful not to disappear after a few meet ups. It can be quite painful when ladies feel they are a piece of discarded used tissue. No sex still can stay as friends. A former FB can be a very good chat buddy too.

Hmmm... I'll get the ball rolling on the discussion.

Question: How do you get a FB?

Its common sense really. Are you attracted to hot girls or fugly ones? Obviously the former (unless you have a fetish for ugly chicks). So turn the tables around and ask yourself - what would girls be looking for in a FB? #1 priority = Looks. You can be super charming or super rich or have a super long dick or have amazing cunnilingus skills, all that wouldn't matter because first impressions are often deal-makers/breakers.

And I mean "looks" in a broad sense. Looks are subjective. Some girls like the bad boys. Others like suave, older gentlemen with greys in their sides. Most girls would prefer guys taller than them, so you're shit out of luck if you're a 1.6m guy looking for a FB. But hey never say never. A lot of it is being at the right place at the right time. If you happen to come across a girl who happens to like the way you look, you have a real shot at making things happen.

Question: So what do you do if you are born with completely shitty looks?

Well, grooming helps. Take care of your complexion (i.e. get rid of your acne), work out for a fitter bod, don't dress like a slob. Effort shows in this department.

As the saying goes, "there are no ugly girls, only lazy girls" - the same applies to guys. No matter how bad you look at the beginning, if you put in enough effort, you wouldn't look THAT bad. Seriously man. I've seen absolutely fugly fat asses turn into absolute hunks through sheer determination and hard work. Don't make excuses. No money for the gym? Run outdoors. Do planks and push-ups. Its free. And if you wanna continue eating that KFC, you better work harder. Otherwise, don't complain.

And after all that, if you are still not confident about your body, suit up. And I don't mean cheap ass, ill-fitting suits. There is no bigger turn off than a poorly-fitted suit. If you're on a budget and can't go to the tailor's, try Zara. Or even G2000. Go on a slow day, find the friendliest sales person you see, and ask nicely for help. They will make sure you don't leave with an unflattering suit. A good suit can make a fat ass look good. Exhibit A: Just look at that Gungnam Style guy.

No matter the scenario - you need to put in effort. Depending on where you start from, some people may need to put in shit loads of effort. Which is why it pisses me off when people make threads like "Tip of finding FB". Most of the time, they already know the answer. But they are just too lazy to see things through.
