I think Bangkok is still safe as long as you practice common-tourist-sense like sticking to the crowded tourist areas like Asok or Sukhimvit, or dont anyhow respond to strangers approaching you on the streets. I just came back last week. The streets of Asok/Sukhumvit and the clubs im Ekkamai really alot less Tiongs, but still alot of Farangs, Japs/Koreans and Singaporeans/Malaysians

no need to stick to tourist area. tourist areas should be avoided unless you are a newbie. there is nothing wrong and concerning about the safety situation in Thailand. but there is something wrong with these Ah Tiongs.

china people come talk to me and often ask if i can understand chinese, i straight away shake my head and walk away quickly.
go to any shops, staff talk to me in chinese. i will reply in english and ask for english menu.

BC has gotten really expensive with no change to quality if you ask me (start from 8k). Maria is still expensive, but it did get an platform extension and have decent quality at their lower price range (7.5k and up).

More recently I have been going LaBelle. Rooms are decent, and you could have a 3P with the prices you are paying at Maria/BC. 😂😂😂

Just have to accept the fact that our income is unable to keep pace with the higher inflation in BKK's nightlife venues.

20 years ago a person with a $1500/mth income still can cheong BKK at least 4 times a year on a 4D/3N trip. Some more can whack those chio sideliners (THB3000) at the then most high end Amsterdam Soapy MP. Every night still can tabao Agogo bargirl for LT at THB2500. Barfine THB300.

Nowadays you need to earn at least $4500/mth to cheong exactly like the above mentioned.

Last time went to la belle, chose a 8k girl. Service damn good and quite the looker. The ass is super big and soft, every movement got the piak piak sound and look like those av where the ass just flops around. However, I find that even in la belle, most of the girls quite dark skin.
