I don't think what KOC wrote is completely wrong also (maybe can be more tactful) and although I don't fully agree but it is his opinion and it is a bit harsh to prosecute him for it.
Me view is that end of the day, it is a transaction and both party need to respect each other. This is not a easy line to get into and I quite sure that they will definitely meet some weirdos from time to time.
