yes you're right, i remember clearly there was this horror ghost comedy movie, very obvious its soft porn, cos one of the supporting actress got this scene she fall down while being chased and the downblouse sure can see the neh ji but the scene got cut out, i forgot the name of the movie, but in the 90s, alot of not just soft cat 3 movies were actually shown on tv with plenty of cuts, but even some ang mor movies (i remember got one called doppelganger starring drew barrymore) also shown with the usual cuts

of cos the obvious cat 3 ones like girls unbutton, jin ping mei, won't be shown, but alot of minor cat 3 ones survived the cuts lol

i remember previously there was a newspaper article they interview this guy working on censorship board, i think he's a volunteer, he's the one making cuts to the films according to the rating the distributor applied, i really envy him, probably seen plenty of really erotic stuff over the years while cutting them out, if i worked there i would have save all the cut out parts into a hard disk

the legendary lang tong, local soft porn flick, supposedly there's a scene the supporting actress is naked, and one lesbian scene with the main actress, both got cut out, the naked scene was requested by the actress, she got cold feet, say something like scared her son will find out one day lol

the netflix version had the lesbian scene, but the naked scene is still cut out, i actually messaged the director before, asking if he was willing to sell the original uncut version but he didn't respond lol

Actually during the 90s, the 10.30 pm tv drama may have some scenes of nudity. Maybe they missed it out. I remember a China drama where the child king drinks milk. The palace practice then was to have a nursing mother be the nanny. I remember seeing the nanny undress to show her breasts and then the child king latch onto the nipple. A short 2-3 seconds scene. Forgot what show on Channel 8.

Don't say Cat 3 movie. In the 80s, even Rosamund Kwan's nipples can be see in normal movie. There was 1 movies (something wu fu xing) where they tricked her into lying submerged in a bath tub and her nipples are clearly shown.
