With the additions of Haaland, Alvarez, Phillips, Cucurella and counting, what is there to worry?
If Gundogan and Silva both leave as well then perhaps things might get more interesting.
But then again Pep with oil money backing shall probably find adequate replacements.
Imho think City shall only need to start to worry if Pep decides not to extend his contract.
Probably same applies to Liverpool. Pep and Klopp are the most important figures for both City and Liverpool currently.
