I have no FR on Airin, but IMO you get paid for. The waiting game might happen, though I usually book at off-peak timing. The girls would play with their phone sometimes, but I think its a good time to talk to them and they would still reply. I mean, it is a little awkward after all.
But I always get my 2 shots worth. Or at least the last 2 I went for made me feel really good. But of course, for them to make you feel good, you have to try and make them feel good too.
