Happy to lend a helping ear, whatever you feel now, it will pass.
Allow yourself to grief, this is important. Keep a journal, it will allow you to exercise some demons.
Best to keep a busy routine, remember what you used to love doing when you were single and do that.
Start an exercise schedule, it really does help.
Family is s good support system to maintain.
