Great info, rich in info. My brothers and I are planning for a trip to Manila. However some are recommending us to go to Cebu. Looking at ticket prices, Manila has a $0 promo, while Cebu costs $450 2-way at least in the month of June.
Is there really a big difference if our motive there is to have party fun with booze and women?
