I think better not to think about it too much. Male virginity not worth much anyway so lose to gf or lose to FL is only as big of an issue as you make it out to be.
Anyway if you really wanna rationalize both got pros and cons. Maybe you do it with your gf and both of you don't know what you're doing and you have a terrible experience for your first time, or you have the emotional connection and have mind blowing sex. If you do with FL she probably knows what she's doing so your first time will probably be enjoyable. But then maybe you feel guilty afterwards.
Point is it's up to how you view it and how you yourself think. If you think you gonna have a problem with losing to FL then don't go lor. PCC and wait for gf
