Forget past trauma. You cannot change the past. You lost the girl. Maybe it was love. But it's over now. Move on.

Don't predict the future - make the future that you want. Since you got the money, what are you going to do with it? 100k isn't a lot in the larger scheme of things.

Don't think about other people - think about yourself. What do you want to do? What do you want to be? What do you want to achieve?

Don't pre-judge. Everybody goes through their own shit. Everyone has their reasons (albeit sometimes dumb ones) for doing what they do. We are all different. That's not a bad thing.
