you make it sounded like SVH and NQ is just a min walk...the cafe with gals are of sunset industry...now heng is Da Lat Pho biz type of cafe...
ask yourself what is the use if you dun speak Vietnamese to go such cafe...the gals grew horns and heard of every lies in this world...
such thing dun depends on luck...depends on uncle ho power...
