When it comes to sleep disorders doctors are not the best people to see. All they'll do is dispense sleeping pills which are neither a cure nor a reprieve. Pills will work for a short while and after that they are no longer effective.
Sleep issues are caused by a person's response to emotional stress. They need to be dealt with by healing the mind.
Hypnosis, meditation, yoga and psychotherapy are the key to resolving sleep issues at source.
