The one wearing the thai amulet necklace is the balding guy. He is the guy that collects the money.
Anyway I heard the small guy is ban from entering inside the house. His job there is to keep the area outside clean and no vehicles obstruction their entrance. No need to heck care him at all. Just proceed inside and tell the other 2 guys whom you want.
