No lah. First meeting try those shared and open work space. After that then you chut pattern say noisy, distracting and all cock and bull then suggest book a hotel room for the food, high tea, shopping and of course wfh. The gal will think you want to do staycation more than work and let her guard down since really went to open/shared office space previously.
