Faith's Bday Chalet
Faith. Netball player, abit tan, not slender. Very slightly "meaty" - more accurately sporty firm, fit type
Sophia. Faith's BFF. Chioest among them, hot slim body.
A bit stuck up, like don't really want to come to church, felt it was beneath her type. She was there just to accompany Faith
Peishan. The averagest average girl. Average body, not fat, not slender like Rach.
Average face, not ugly but not stunning. Average personality. Plainest Jane.
Chloe. Cute petite, girl-iest girl possible. Very adorable voice & personality that makes everyone around her love her.
And also many others, but these 4 girls were the most tightly knit.
They were from neighbourhood school, just like all of us were.
Mid-low income/status chinese speaking families.
The holiday mood was building. Finally, thanks to Lyn,
a year end period that we can actually kick back, relax & enjoy.
The new girls organized a chalet for Faith's bday. They were BBQ-ing, going around chatting, laughing, being crazy.
It was honestly great. Never felt such genuine liveliness & fun in any group event, formal or informal before.
Around 9 plus, Lyn emceed the cake cutting, said a prayer for Faith then called it an early night for herself
Adelyn: "I gg off le. You girls stay safe and be responsible for yourselves ok?
have fun but don't forget about holiness too. Love you all. Happy bday Faith!"
The dynamics here between Lyn & her members was more like what it was with our old subgroup (Shawn/Rach/Jeremy/Sarah/Lyn/Me)
Quite free up, can speak your mind (though tactfully la) no need to report, here report there.
She gave her members quite alot of freedom
She walked off into the distance on her phone "Dear, I just left, can be there in....."
Leaving Me, Rach, a few misc members & the new girls behind.
In church settings, Me & Rach kept a clever distance so no one knew what was going on between us

Peishan: "ya why she abandon us

Faith: "so we are less dear la"
PS: "of cuz. ppl got BF lehh"
Faith: "eeee dicks before chicks lor"
Chloe: "eeii Faith watch ur mouth can"
Sophia finally spoke: "if you got dick you also leave liao"
Faith smacked Soph: "OI 你 HOR. Hai okok sorry I said that. I started it. But stop it liao ok"
Rach & I just stood there quietly.
(To be honest, I was casually checking out Faith's body. She not super chio, but her netball tan figure was attracting my eyes)
Then, they turned towards us, saying in unison
"Wei, you all cannot abandon us too ok?"
I turned to Rach "I'm abit tired also"
Chloe: "OEEEEEEI"
Faith: "Don't like that lehhh"
X: "Girls i'm actually kinda tired"
Faith: "Wah like that. we just join then you all 一个一个 want to siam us hor. We not welcome here ba..."
X: "You girls are really fun to be around. Lyn not here, I don't need to angkat or wayang
I promise this is from the bottom of my heart."
PS: "Then dun go la! Stay & have fun with us"
Faith: "Pls stay, bro X."
Chloe: "Pls stay bbbbbroooo X"
X: "Ya bro X don't leave us"
Chloe: "PLEASEEEEEEE BRO X"
X: "Don't call me bro la!"
they all burst out in laughter. Rach smiled & lightly shook her head
Faith: "Ok la you tired you go back room rest first. We finish food then we go back.
Peishan brought cards, later we come back we play big2 ok?"
X: "Alright then, I'll go take a short rest first"
Faith: "Woooooo you steady la"
Less than 10 steps towards the room, I heard in the background
Faith: "NO ICE LIAO. Eh Soph you go room help me take can?"
