I got scammed along time ago and i was too young too dumb (so lonely) back then.
I panicked and a friend of mine say this to me which calms me down.

"They got nothing on you, the only thing they have is your number and maybe you photo but high chance it's a very blur shot unless they got some stupidly strong DSLR.
Ignore their call, block their number. If need to, change a phone number.
There's nothing they can do to you."

It all ended within 2 days.
