I feel duration should not be the limiting factor for them to exhibit 'GFE'. Look at the JM houses. They have even shorter timings there at 20 mins, if not the same 25 mins, but yet many bros have left the place satisfied.
But i get that different stroke for different folks. Different houses cater to different likings. As some bros always say, geylang provides variety, and variety is the spice of life.
