thanks for all the advice. u guys are right. this is like a short term drug actually. I'm paying for a drug (SYT's companion) to get over my pain for my failure in life
I know this is not a long-term solution and I will try to manage my "addiction". I cant quit totally... occasional cat150 session is still needed to release stress, otherwise I will go crazy lol
