It is a sham marriage...... very common here as the girls do it as one of the ways to circumvent immigrasi controls and stay here longer.
She may be married but will continue to work.
She is not alone...... many other girls there are also "married".... usually to staff like the captains or maybe agents' friends.
These guys do it for the benefits.... as their "husband" they get free sex to keep up the charade...... they are paid monthly for as long as the girls stay here..... and just "divorce" when the girl wants to return home. Some even become pimp for their "wife" and earn extra on the side.
