Legal Lobang in Thailand

Guess there are many Sg or Mlysian bros living all over Thailand.
I think its a great thing to have a thread that some of us here can have a platform to share ideas, exchange of discussion or even create opportunities for own self or with others. Who knows, fate and chances might just drop on the right person at the right time.
of cos, if really need to exchange personal contacts via PM, its understandable that's your own decision and will responsible for your own actions.
We are all adults, and lets be responsible for our own actions.
Lets only discuss on legal biz and opportunities only..

If...i mean if...there is a start off of any bros in anyways, and in the end, it doesnt work out too well and you need a place to vent it out and make it a warning to other bros, please again, lets make it discreetly. We can make a complaint like a FR on FLs..but we do not reveal the other party's personal details here in public. Want to know more, can always PM the FR giver just like how we ask for the Fls contact from the T.S

For a start, myself, im dealing with 2nd hand Sports shoes and have some thai staffs to sell off at some of the local night market.
Any related biz enquires, am happy to share.. ;)

Actually I would like to broaden our small Sg kakis circle in Thailand but as most of you know, SBF can be a dangerous place. So to keep it short, I'm in the construction sector.

I ever thought of having a MJ club Sg in Bangkok.. :D
Every where can be dangerous if we are not street smart enough or not experience in the University of Society and how to handle certain kind of people.

Bro since you are in the construction sector, is it for housing and commercial building type?
Do you guys use the type of cement flooring that after it dries up, the surface is smooth n cool...
The type of cement flooring is dark gray color and in kampung hut long ago, all families use that as flooring and without tiles..
Im looking for this type, and most Thai contractor dont even know what im talking about..

SBF forum is dangerous because it often attracts desperate guys who were not so successful at home, but now need a way to finance their cheong lifestyle in another country. Im not pointing fingers or suggesting anyone in particular, but that has been my experience from the scamsters i have met in my own playground.
Example one guy married to supposedly professional viet lady, he claimed to be ex sing policeman, but now is working for a consulting company leveraging off contacts in both Vietnam government and Singapore Gov.
But yet he contact me ask me if he can use my bank account to transfer money from Singapore to Vietnam. Seriously, you married to Viet lady but her relatives dont have a account, instead you ask someone you met 3-4 times?

Some even desperate till can come into forum and ask for loan..
So Bro , care to share what industry you are in, in Thailand..?

Bro, have you ever thinking of using 3D printing builder into this industry in Thailand....?
It has proven very successful in some other countries although now is still in the initial stage.
Worth considering.

I am working for a company supplying industrial safety supplies as well as equipment and consumables for metal fabrication. Key industry segments are oil and gas, metal related manufacturing, plant maintenance and construction, etc.

I'll say im not a expert nor am i in the construction industry, my little experience is from renovating and repairing my homes. If someone knows or has more expertise please correct me.
But i dont think there is a special type of cement flooring, cement is smooth or rough based on how much sand and the coarseness of the sand, and further how smooth it is is based on the finishing tool used to level the surface.

Maybe the way i interpret is wrong.. but the type of flooring should be in this state..

No no... I'm more to oil and gas and commercial building. Actually I'm doing heavy machinery for construction usage. So I'm a supplier lah... not the builder.

Bro, 1 small small 3D commercial printer that can print a 30cm x 30cm cost about 700k baht. The kind you talking about is hundreds of millions. I won't invest these kind of money in this shit hole even if I have it. Don't talk about giant company like toyota etc... tell me which SG SME company make it big here?

No, its not tiles at all...
its cement and they do some kind of finishing after it dries up.
This is the type of flooring most Chinese used in the village in the old days.
the surface is cool during the hot days..
