Since China is on the pathways to build super power gunboats and need an enemy. The enemy is no other than US with equal, or less or more, gunboat fire powers.

So created the 9 dash lines to get US become their enemy. As such US is the arrogant bastard start to make China their enemy, not vice versa.

If China didn't have US as the enemy, this US will form alliance with China, ????, to attack and bully other countries like the 911 attack the M.E.
