Enterprising WLs engaging and interacting with clients via social media can be a double-edge sword. In one way, WLs could maintain/increase their marketshare but on the other, it could backfire as clients could report the WL concern to AV for promoting their services in the event that the WL in one way or another offended the client. From what I heard, it is likely to be included in last segment of phase 2 (together with MPs). This bears the highest risk for phase 2 opening as it allows close contacts in small numbers. Or have I heard wrongly? (But if safe entry measures are to be included, then this may discourage guys from visiting. Anyway, many WLs must have rtc)

all PRC WL operators are to submit their floor plan cum all working staff details and pass to peter @ 1820 for submission to av office

hopefully av can start planning safe distancing of legal joints reopening
