I think the chance that GL can open now should be quite low.

Probably earliest open is phase 2B, when they allow massage to open.

Spa should be opened in phase II under personal health and wellness. I believe GL just like nite clubs & KTV can only be opened in phase III.

I think they may be opening soon. Personal wellness could jolly well mean GL too but they can't be too obvious. Let's keep our fingers crossed and our bullets ready. Has been a long wait.
