ANybody suffering from low semen volume when you ejaculate? Need some advice.

Low volume ... Do you ejeculate on a daily basis ? How frequently did you ejeculate ?
Your age if you don't mind , not a expect but speaking through my own experiences .
I did found out if ejeculate more than twice daily , lower volume is expected , regardless of age .

what exactly is your concern?

low semen volume is unlikely to make your sex less enjoyable so unless u are porn star... no need to worry so much... however if you are concern with infertility or sperm health then it is another story..

not enough semen - dont release everyday and pop some zinc,multi-vit , L-arginine and L-lysine supplementation

low sperm count or sperm morphology - go see a doctor.

the recommended supplements are already listed in the previous post.
zinc,multi-vit , L-arginine and L-lysine , zina + folic probably helps too

if u are asking for a particular brand, then it depends on where u are and what is available.. Blackmores brand is pretty popular where i am.. or u could try 21th century if u are in sg..

Take celery. It contains aldosterone which may increase volume. Google to find out more.

Zinc, Yohimbe, Tongkat Ali, Horny Goat, Maca, Arginine, etc beri effective. If want alternative then androgen. Need consult doc for that

Thanks everyone, I'm taking multi-vits, Zinc, L-arginine + l citrulline, MACA daily for almost 6 months but still have low volume. Guess I better go see a doctor

if supplement doesnt help then it is time to visit the doctors.
you could be suffering from Varicocele or Retrograde ejaculation or something more serious.. go have a check up.
